This Privacy Policy explains how Soto Boxing Training (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through our website at sotoboxing.com. We’re a boxing gym based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We keep it simple. When you fill out a form on our site — to book a free class, ask a question, or get in touch — we collect the information you choose to give us, which is typically your name, phone number, and email address, along with any message you write.
We don’t ask for or collect sensitive personal information, and we don’t require you to create an account to browse our site.
Like most websites, our site and the third-party tools we use may automatically receive basic technical information such as your browser type or general location, and may use cookies. See “Cookies and third-party services” below.
We use the information you give us for one reason: to respond to you and help you train. That means contacting you about your free class or membership, answering your questions, scheduling sessions, and occasionally following up about your interest in the gym.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We’re a boxing gym, not a data company.
We don’t share your personal information except in a few limited, ordinary situations: with the service providers who help us run the gym and our website (for example, our scheduling and lead-management software, or our email and form tools), and only so they can perform those services for us; or if we’re ever legally required to do so, such as in response to a valid legal request.
That’s it. No advertising networks buying your data from us, no selling lists.
Our website uses a few third-party services to function — for example, embedded scheduling forms, an embedded Google Map, and standard website analytics. These services may set cookies or collect basic usage information under their own privacy policies, which we don’t control.
You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when they’re being used; most of our site will still work if you do.
We take reasonable steps to keep the information you share with us safe and limit access to it. That said, no method of transmitting or storing data online is ever completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
We keep the information you send us only as long as we need it to respond to you and manage our relationship with you as a current or prospective member. If you’d like us to delete your information, just ask — see below.
You’re always in control of your information. You can ask us what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If we send you any messages you’d rather not receive, you can opt out at any time by replying and telling us, or by using any unsubscribe option provided. We train kids, and we’re proud of it — but our website isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. When a minor trains with us, we work with their parent or guardian, who provides any needed information. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, contact us and we’ll remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to check back now and then so you’re aware of any updates.
