Questions & Answers
Everything people usually want to know before their first class — the free trial, pricing, what to expect, and who it’s for. Still curious? Call or text us at 702-819-0573.
Yes. Your first session is completely free, with no credit card required and no obligation to sign up afterward. It's a real training session, not just a tour, so you'll get a genuine feel for what training here is like.
Just wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers, and bring some water. We provide all the equipment you'll need, including gloves and hand wraps, so there's nothing to buy beforehand.
Not at all. Every session is tailored to your current level, whether that's your very first time putting on gloves or you have years of experience. Because training is private or semi-private rather than a large group class, you'll get direct coaching attention from the start instead of being lost in a crowd.
You can call or text us at 702-819-0573, or book directly through the free trial page on our website.
We keep pricing simple and flexible. If you want to commit to regular training, memberships start at $49.99 per week or $179.99 per month, with no limit on sessions at that rate. If you'd rather pay as you go, individual sessions are $25 for ages 5 to 17 and $35 for ages 18 and up. Whichever fits your life better is totally fine with us.
No. There are no long-term contracts here. Choose a weekly or monthly membership, or pay per session, and stay on your own terms.
We accept cash, credit cards, PayPal, Zelle, and Cash App.
Yes, without any hassle. We understand life gets busy or plans change, so you can pause or cancel whenever you need to. We would rather work with you than lock you into something rigid.
Sessions combine mitt work, heavy bag training, conditioning, and technique work, all guided by hands-on coaching. Each session runs up to an hour and is built around your goals, whether that's fitness, skill building, or serious competitive training.
Both options are available. We offer private one-on-one coaching as well as small semi-private groups. Either way, you're not just one of many people in a crowded class. Our coaches know your name and your goals.
Absolutely. Most of the people who walk through our doors are complete beginners. Training is built to meet you where you are, whether that's your first week ever exercising or you're already active and just new to boxing.
It's both. Every session includes conditioning and endurance work alongside boxing technique, so you're building real fitness while you learn to box. We also offer classes focused on mobility and recovery.
We work with both. Some students train purely for fitness, confidence, or self-defense, while others are training seriously toward amateur competition. Head Coach Mike Soto is USA Boxing certified and licensed with the state athletic commissions in Nevada, California, and Florida, so there's real expertise here if you want to take it further.
Kids can start as young as 5 years old.
Definitely. Boxing builds discipline, confidence, and fitness whether or not your child ever steps into the ring competitively. As one of our own parents put it, even kids who are only training and never plan to fight get a wonderful investment out of it.
Safety is a top priority. Kids' sessions focus on mitt work, bag work, and technique in a controlled, supervised setting, not sparring or hard contact. Group sizes stay small so coaches can watch closely and correct form in real time.
Yes, and this is one of the things we hear from parents most often. Boxing teaches kids how to carry themselves with self-assurance, and that confidence tends to follow them outside the gym too, including at school.
Yes. Parents are always welcome to watch a session. Most choose to drop off and come back, but you're welcome to stay if you'd like to see your child in action.
We are located at 87 Japonica Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89183, serving both Las Vegas and Henderson.
Yes, it's a real, fully equipped training space. It's set up with heavy bags, a speed bag, rubber flooring, and mirrors, giving it the feel of a real fight gym but in a private, quiet setting without the crowds or distractions of a big-box gym. Equipment is cleaned and sanitized between sessions. A few of our own reviews mention that parents were a little unsure at first because it's home-based, and ended up pleasantly surprised once they saw it in person. We are also excited to be moving into a new commercial location soon, so stay tuned for updates.
We are open daily from 5am to 8pm.
Right now we train out of our one location at 87 Japonica Ave in Las Vegas, which also serves the Henderson area. We are excited to be expanding into a new commercial location soon.
Head Coach Mike Soto is USA Boxing certified and licensed with the athletic commissions in Nevada, California, and Florida, with real experience training alongside professional boxers in New York City and Los Angeles. Our coaching team also includes Landan B. and Aaron S., both with 10-plus years of experience, along with assistant coaches who are training for amateur competition themselves.
Sparring is optional and never forced. It's available for students training toward amateur competition, and there is open sparring on Saturdays for those who want it. If you're here for fitness, self-defense, or just learning the craft, you can train mitts, bags, and technique without ever sparring.
The best way to get answers is to come train. Your first class is free — no commitment, no pressure.
